This site belongs to Clearwell Commercial Cleaning, based in Markham, Ontario. Here is what happens with your information, in plain language.

What we collect

If you fill out the quote form, we receive what you typed: your name, business name, business type, city, approximate size, current cleaning setup, contact details, and your message. If you call or email instead, we have whatever you share there. The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

Why we collect it

One reason: to reply to you and prepare your quote. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send marketing follow-ups unless you ask us to stay in touch.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and arrive in our email. Netlify may store submissions on servers outside Canada. We keep quote requests only as long as they're useful for the work we discussed.

What we never do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services named above that make the website and email work.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. This approach follows Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA.
